We keep having the issue where a travel agent have to move back and forth blocks within a day in the build for the preview to display the right order of content. We lose time and creates frustration amngst team. Can we fix this please? There is currently some logic that auto displays certain types of products and resources in an order in the Preview. This was functionality from before Users could reorder some items on the Build tab.

It is important for us to see that re-confirmation emails have been sent and received and are able to be replied to - this is an important operational tool to double check itineraries as they get closer. Also important to be able to add notes on an itnerary basis that flows through to all supplier emails rather than copying and pasting supplier by supplier

Would it be possible to enter a supplier payment for multiple items at once? We have itineraries with multiple bookings for the same supplier. We only make one payment to the supplier but we need to mark each booking one at a time. As it is already configured in .NET, you just need to enter the total invoice amount, and TW.NET will automatically distribute the total across the different items.

As a Customer we can sort Suppliers by Supplier name, type, and created date, but not by Location. It will be helpful if we could sort Suppliers by Supplier location in the Suppliers screen.

Total flight time showing for flights incorrect when the flight crosses the international date line. ie pax is leaving Los Angeles on 24th Jan and arriving in Sydney on 26th Jan so the Tourwriter shows the dates correctly, and the time the flight took to reach Sydney is shown as 34 hours instead of 36. One solution could be to enable (For flight type only) a Flight time field that is visible on the Add Item and Edit Item dialogs that: Automatically calculates the time ie 36 hrs 00 min based on the Departure time and Arrival time Allows the User to manaully override the time to be whatever they want. ie 34 hrs 00 min

Some of our suppliers have restrictions that relate to all Products. Rather than adding the restriction to each product, which is time consuming, it would be good to add a restriction to the Supplier and when ever the restriction applies a warning would trigger whenever we add a product for that supplier to an itinerary. An example of this is New Years day closed for all products.

Customers who have agent partners who need Itineraries in Axus need the integration rather than manually importing itinerary data into Axus.

I find it really easy adding multiple Product/Option/Rate periods into a CSV spreadsheet, especially when the supplier provides these to me in a spreadsheet format. If Tourwriter could provide me with a spreadsheet template that I could populate with next seasons rate data easily because excel allows me duplicate rows quickly. Then I can bulk import using the CSV file. This would save me time compared to adding the Rate periods one by one.

As an agent I would like to split itinerary pricing, when different traveller parties are paying parts of the itinerary. Often linked to Child and Adult pricing but also 2 families travelling together and sharing a car but doing different activities and different cost of accommodation. Presently the Check-in Check-out in Supplier-> Setup tab is not used anywhere. They have suggested they would like the check in time to populate on -> Build tab when booking the Supplier, just like Product timings. Presently a default check in time is not set and I have to assign a Check in time when adding the Booking. It would be good if I could assign a time automatically.
