Sometimes we end up selling an item to a traveller for less than we pay the Supplier. We need to record this as a negative markup and Tourwriter does not allow this. Ability to have a NET price that is higher than the Gross price. Use cases could be: when we miss quote and end up having to pay the Supplier more than we charge the traveller. as we sometimes give away services as complementary but we still have to pay the usual net fee to the supplier. when we provide paid for products such a water or food to the traveller for 'free'

Being able to store each supplier's cancellation policies, which can be easily referenced

This broadly includes these areas: Global search to include Supplier, Product, Internal ref, Tags - Completed and released These things need further feedback and should maybe be moved to another Canny post Product search in a Supplier (none currently) Search result to show entire name in Add product Remember the search criteria for itineraries

Total flight time showing for flights incorrect when the flight crosses the international date line. ie pax is leaving Los Angeles on 24th Jan and arriving in Sydney on 26th Jan so the Tourwriter shows the dates correctly, and the time the flight took to reach Sydney is shown as 34 hours instead of 36. One solution could be to enable (For flight type only) a Flight time field that is visible on the Add Item and Edit Item dialogs that: Automatically calculates the time ie 36 hrs 00 min based on the Departure time and Arrival time Allows the User to manaully override the time to be whatever they want. ie 34 hrs 00 min

As each product represents a different tour or experience for us, it would be VERY helpful to be able to add tags to products and not just to the supplier. For example, we could add a "wine" tag for winery-focused tours, "family" for tours with young kids or "mobility issues" to be able to easily search for tours that are good fits depending on our traveler profile. We need to be able to add tags to the PRODUCT (not just the supplier level) because if a supplier has 150 products... then we have to scroll through all those to find the ones we want. An example is Private airport transfer. Our transport company provide 20 different prices based on the end point variable. The product name is Private airport transfer - Zone 1 etc however we dont want the traveller to see the Zone 1 description. We could add Zone 1 or Hotel x and y and Z tags to clearly label each of the 20 different priced transfers.

When sending an invoice to the agent I need to specify how much of the Itinerary total value is the agents. Sometimes I am invoicing the agent for $x amount. Sometimes I have collected the full amount and I am paying the agent $x amount. The Invoice/Statement needs to allow for this reconcile/request for payment.

As a user, I often use estimated for the Net price and then replace the price once the actual price is confirmed after the booking is made or the tour is completed (with some variable costing services) Therefore I would like to edit the NET price without having the GROSS price change.

There can be a few months between itinerary Confirmed- Paid whilst we wait for supplier invoices and pay the Agent commissions. We need a status we can assign that sits between Confirmed - Fully paid and Completed Confirmed - Financials pending = We have sent out commission to Agent but still waiting to finalise some supplier payments.

As an Org who has multiple Fonts on my website (for example) I want to have different fonts for Heading vs content so I can continue the brand feel across my publishing Safari Africa Travel have multiple brands and multiple fonts used. Sounthern Crossing have 3 fonts they use but would like to differentiate text and headings.
