Improve sending booking requests usability

Catch all for product requests that relate to Booking request emails until we get into discovery.
Customer mentioned that the Subject line of Booking email is confusing. Display name doesnt make sense but Internal reference could.
Customer reported that when replies come back from Suppliers, the Supplier name is not part of the Subject line making it hard to search an inbox looking for the relevant booking email. Look up field currently puts Supplier name in Subject line.
It would be helpful to differentiate the subject lines by adding the name of the supplier to the subject line. This way, the email chain for each supplier remains separate. (from CRM)
Another Customer want to organize the notes to our supplier like adding new line so it will be easier for them to understand the bookings or the details but right now even if we enter it, it is just show a continuous line which makes it difficult to see the details. We sometimes add the travelers passport details, special request and it is just getting difficult to read and sometime they miss it and would get back to us.
Bookings Customised - our suppliers are having confusion they are not used to the format of Tourwriter especially if we are sending multiple booking request (booking 1) Item 1 of 3 etc. I wish there is an option for us to compose the request in that way we can type a more simplified request and avoid confusion (attached sample). Right now we are just doing everything outside Tourwriter because I think it is easier rather than going back and forth with the questions of our suppliers.
Provisional bookings - I don't know how it works for other customers but for us we would send an availability request > provisional booking request> booking request. We have provisional booking request so our supplier will reserve the room but will not charge as yet. Because if we will request for booking immediately there will be non-refundable fee in case the booking has been canceled. For availability request they will not reserve the room.

When you order multiple products from a vendor, the way the email comes out is extremely confusing. We always find that they ask us to ask again in another way because they don't understand or it's very confusing.
