Hi team, when we go to download agent net or traveler gross pricing summaries, can you please ensure the PDF is labelled accordingly? At the moment the pricing summary just says' summary' but it clearly label either agent net or traveler gross would be handy. I do this manually now and a little annoying. Thank you!

Is there a way the itinerary ID´s can be created manually by each company user? For instance, I use HUE-7526 to indicate a direct FIT client, 7 July, #5 client, 26 year. It is better to have control of this rather than a random number given by the system.

We would like to be able to register the incoming payments in the currency of our company (in NZD for example), despite the display price currency and incoming payments of the travelers is different (EUR for example). It will help us to calculate the real margin of a travel package, after all the payments done (in NZD for example) It seems not possible in TW at the moment.

Currently when you export the pricing, any optional products show up along with everything else. It would be great if they were separated or showed as optional as they do in the tab. Planned solution is to include a Status column in the export to ensure Optional items can be filtered out easily.

Ability to select the fields we want to be included in the CSV in the pricing export

Under Itinerary Set-Up: Right now the booking status for the "whole booking" only shows the option as Canceled. We would need additional statuses: Canceled - with Fees/Credits (so this way we can consider these canceled bookings as part of our reports because sometimes we have/make revenue. Or other times there are canceled services that can be used towards the future (such as international airline tickets) so that we know those are the bookings. A standard Canceled Booking is a booking with "no revenue". a Canceled-with Fees/Credits - we know that is a booking we need to consider as we are either making "some money" or there are credits to be used for future travel. Also it would be nice to have this option - Travel Docs Sent So this way, we know that we have reviewed everything with the client prior to their travel. Once clients start their trip, our accountant knows to then complete the booking.
