Converting sales is of HUGE importance in our competitive trade, and simplifying the payment process is paramount, direct from the itinerary preview. Stripe is currently the only payment gateway available. I vote for an integration that works just like Xero but for Quickbooks. We want to use the stripe integration but need more functional control over the re-direct page the customer sees after paying. Currently we use a custom form that collects booking info AND payment. We would love our customers to be able to pay via stripe through their TW itinerary however without any integration with zapier (to register payment and automatically send them the booking form) or a way to control what the customer sees after payment (and redirect them to complete our booking form) - please see email sent to support about this below: According to Stripe, the redirect URL is controlled by the success_url parameter when creating a Checkout Session. Since TourWriter creates these sessions through your integration, this needs to be configured on your end. What I need: The ability to set a custom success_url so customers are redirected to a custom URL Possible solutions: Add a setting in TourWriter where I can specify a custom redirect URL for successful payments Manually update the success_url parameter in your Stripe integration code for our account to point to the Jotform URL above This is a standard Stripe Checkout feature, and the redirect happens automatically after payment. I've confirmed with Stripe that this must be configured where the Checkout Session is created (in your integration code), not in Stripe's dashboard.

When creating a Flight service in Tourwriter, we have not been able to identify a dedicated field for the cabin class (Economy, Premium Economy, Business, First Class) that is clearly displayed in the Tourwriter itinerary and transferred to AXUS. It would be useful to have a dedicated “Cabin Class” / “Class of Service” field that is also mapped to AXUS, so this important ticket information is displayed automatically without having to add it manually to the Notes or service description. If such a field already exists, clarification on which field to use and whether it is currently mapped to AXUS would be very helpful.

We use a CRM for managing communication with travellers/prospects and we want this to integrate with Tourwriter so we aren't manually moving information between Tourwriter and our CRM. It would be great if an Itinerary in Tourwriter could be linked to an Opportunity or Deal in my CRM. All the Itinerary data is managed in Tourwiter but the sales process is managed in CRM and status updates in one platform would trigger a change in the other. ie Itinerary status changes to "confirmed awaiting deposit" and the deal is moved from "Proposal Sent" to "Pending Payment". I would manage all Contact data in CRM and the integration would populate travellers data in Tourwriter so Itinerary documentation was up to date without any manual data management. When an Agent is assigned to an itinerary then the Agent in CRM is also associated to the Deal. etc CRMs mentioned so far: ZohoCRM Hubspot ActiveCampaign Copper CRM Pipedrive Salesforce

When exporting itineraries from Tourwriter to AXUS, flight services are currently transferred with incomplete information. Although the flight service is exported, important details such as the origin and destination airports ("From – To") are not displayed correctly, resulting in incomplete flight information for our clients. Would it be possible to enhance the AXUS export so that flight services include the complete flight details, particularly the origin and destination airports, together with the other information already entered in Tourwriter? This would eliminate the need for manual editing in AXUS after every export and provide clients with a much clearer itinerary.

We use Xero reporting and want to assign User data via the Reporting field mapping Xero makes available.

Currently, the invoice number entered in the Payments section of the itinerary does not appear on the Invoice document generated in PDF. We would like to be able to automatically display the invoice number on the invoice document so that it is visible to our customers and in line with our administrative requirements.

We would like to have an option to display all the services booked (accommodations, transfers, activities, etc.) directly on the Invoice document. Today, some of our B2B customers ask for a detailed invoice including all the services included in the file. An option to configure the invoice model (without the details of the services) would be very appreciated in order to meet the different needs of our customers.

We use the xero integration for invoices, and when these are paid we like to use TWO to generate our statements. When displaying the payments, the statement does not include who paid each portion - the payer field is blank. Ideally this field would populate from Xero, but it would also be a good enough solution for us to be able to manually edit this information in the invoice in TWO, as per this screenshot.
