I'm interested in a resolution to being able to amend the Description/Title of an Invoice without affecting the invoice contents as such and without having to void/re-enter as a new invoice in Xero. If there is an option for ‘creating a new field in Tourwriter for the purpose of syncing the Description details’ which can be changed regardless of the status of the invoice to update the Description independently. The Description is really for making it clearer to guests when looking at their Itinerary, particularly their payment timeline, I prefer to have it initially show that the final balance/payment is pending itinerary finalisation when all components of their itinerary are not yet confirmed (i.e we have product suggestions in the itinerary which they are still looking at with the potential to either book or remove from the itinerary) and then update the final invoice description to remove pending wording once their itinerary is fully finalised.
