When I go to export my itinenary it always reverts back to include all of the options. However, I do not want all the options selected. Please could it be changed so the options remain from the last presets that were left when viewing this page.

Would love to have the word option instead of straight pdf so if we have to twick few things especially for our B2B partners this would help a lot as once in pdf the tools to export as word are usually not so great

I vote for an integration that works just like Xero but for Quickbooks. I'm interested in a resolution to being able to amend the Description/Title of an Invoice without affecting the invoice contents as such and without having to void/re-enter as a new invoice in Xero. If there is an option for ‘creating a new field in Tourwriter for the purpose of syncing the Description details’ which can be changed regardless of the status of the invoice to update the Description independently. The Description is really for making it clearer to guests when looking at their Itinerary, particularly their payment timeline, I prefer to have it initially show that the final balance/payment is pending itinerary finalisation when all components of their itinerary are not yet confirmed (i.e we have product suggestions in the itinerary which they are still looking at with the potential to either book or remove from the itinerary) and then update the final invoice description to remove pending wording once their itinerary is fully finalised.

When I send Supplier payments to Xero to help with my AP processes, especially creating supplier remittance details, I wan to map certain Tourwriter fields to populate the Xero reference field. I also want to map which fields populate the Description field in Xero I also want the Description field data to sync back to Tourwriter so my Payment timeline labels can be updated after the Invoice in Xero is Approved status.

Converting sales is of HUGE importance in our competitive trade, and simplifying the payment process is paramount, direct from the itinerary preview. When pushing an itinerary to Axus it would be great to have some more options to hide things like the status (Not Yet Request or Booking confirmed etc) and the Room Category and Bedding. Currently we have to go and delete the status off from every supplier and change the room category for hotels and its very time consuming.

Customers who have agent partners who need Itineraries in Travefy need the integration rather than manually importing itinerary data into Travefy.
