We always buy and sell currency at the same rate, and would like to set a fixed exchange rate that gets applied to itineraries, so that we do not have to edit conversions on a per itinerary level.

When working with different budgets the User would like to have the option to offer alternative products/difference choices that are not included in the total cost (alternate activities as well as upgrade options) When we create itineraries. we work together with the traveler. We like to give them options for certain activities, for different loops... where we invite the travelers to make a choice, or where we just want to show the travelers certain options on a rest day. We want to show different options without it influencing the price of the itinerary Would like to show the client all the excursion options they have for the base itinerary they agreed on and the price for each of these optional excursions so the customers can decide which excursions they want to add on to their based priced itinerary depending on their total budget. Alternative option is usually an upgrade from A to B Optional product is something not included in Total price but promoted with cost separated out so they know they can buy it/include it.

There are a bunch of products that I always sell together in a particular order and I would like to add them to an itinerary as an activity package/group so that I don't have to recreate this every time I sell this sequence in an itinerary. We want the traveller to see Product name 1 but when we book then we see Product X and Y and Z each have there own price and are booked with different suppliers. Maybe I could build a mini itinerary (tag it as a package) and then add this itinerary to other itineraries.

I sell itineraries under my own different branding and it is hard to show different T&C and or logos/payment terms etc. Consideration needs to take into account PDF (front cover pages) it shows the Company name as per organisation settings and it cannot be removed when using another brand. When sending booking requests we need the request to come sometimes from one brand and sometimes from the other brand.

Agent invoice should have following information: Individual Booking item prices Total Gross/Display Price for Client Agent Price to Agent as Commission Deposit paid Balance Due

With a lot of custom Product, it is difficult to build a default Option selection. It would be helpful to have the ability to edit the wording for Options ad-hoc to reflect on the Itinerary Summary, the same way we can edit Product Descriptions.

With the new feature about grouping of bookings, when user sends a group email, the supplier receives one email for all the bookings. However, when supplier responds to the booking email for group booking, the user receives multiple emails per service. For example- This becomes a problem when group booking of 7 services are responded by the supplier where the user receives 7 separate emails in their inboxes making them difficult to keep track of them.

Statuses requested include: Own arrangements - Deposit paid - Reconfirmed - When sending a Reconfirmation Booking email the system should record this Status If the guests have booked their own hotel what, some guests do this because they have points. I would still like to able to include the Marriott downtown in their itinerary so it reads correctly. in the .NET platform there was an Own Arrangements status, I'd like that booking status to be brought back for service items to indicate that the guests will make these arrangements on their own. i'm just wondering is it possible for other options to be added to a file going forward? Like for example one we'd be missing greatly is an option for deposit paid. The reconfirmation at this point also serves as another check that all is in order. Now that we work in TWO, when we send a reconfirmation email, it does not show/update in the status column on the booking sheet or in the booking history – so as a management tool it is useless as the only way to check a reconfirmation is to search through the company email record or a client file. I do not understand why it is not included in the email history, and why there is no ability for the supplier to re-confirm using the auto response tool as is permitted in amendments, cancellations etc. How difficult is it to allow reconfirmation emails to behave in a similar manner as to the availability, booking, amendment and cancellation emails?

Currently we need to manually edit and add more than 2 for each product line which is very time consuming on a long itinerary. Options include: By default all images loaded for a Supplier and/or product display in the itinerary Only images tagged with an auto display label automatically display in the itinerary Option 2 would be the most user friendly option. The User will always be able override image display via the itinerary preview
