Sometimes we have specific notes about a product when we are building an itinerary and realistically we are not going to put them in the main notes field as it is so messy – too hard to get lost.

Ideally there would be a Notes box on the left hand side of the Add Item Screen and we could put in that thelight was quoted on the fair type etc.

We may not necessarily note that to the client as the fares change and if someone needs to requote for any reason they are more likely to look on the build page to see what has been previously quoted.

Another example would something like an acommodation lodge – we have different inclusions for 3 vs 4 night stays BUT as we remove the words in brackets from the clients version – if anyone else goes into the booking they cannot see which option we have based it on.

If we removed the notes in brackets and popped it into a notes box on the build page – this would make it easier for someone else to know what it is based on.

I know we can put notes on the Bookings tab or in set up – but in all reality I would never refer to it – sorry just too much jumping around.

It would be useful if we could add notes at the booking level for any service - i.e reason for reduced margin - maybe accessed by clicking on the three dots in pricing

internal Notes per Product: A section with internal notes for the team, for each product, that is NOT visible to the client. E.g. how to use it, who it concerns, how to adjust pricing, and other operational details
