Would it be possible to enter a supplier payment for multiple items at once? We have itineraries with multiple bookings for the same supplier. We only make one payment to the supplier but we need to mark each booking one at a time. As it is already configured in .NET, you just need to enter the total invoice amount, and TW.NET will automatically distribute the total across the different items.

I find it really easy adding multiple Product/Option/Rate periods into a CSV spreadsheet, especially when the supplier provides these to me in a spreadsheet format. If Tourwriter could provide me with a spreadsheet template that I could populate with next seasons rate data easily because excel allows me duplicate rows quickly. Then I can bulk import using the CSV file. This would save me time compared to adding the Rate periods one by one.

Customer want to have the ability to pick the rate at the start of a rental period, even though there might be different rates within that rental period. This seems common practice now for car rental companies.

Add Supplier warnings so it is easy for Users to add notes to suppliers or products that will pop up when adding these to itineraries. Example warning include: 1>Blackout dates. 2>Rate increases. 3>Minimum nightly stay requirements over a specific period. Customer comments: 'black out dates' function: We are struggling with how to load suppliers that for example, have a 2 night only stay at the weekend, or have any other 'warning' that isn't a black out. As you know the black out function as it is now removes all availability for said dates, however in our case we do have availability, we just don't get our FIT rates on these dates. I would be anxious to have a chat to see how other clients manage these types of supplier anomalies. Previously we would have set a warning which was extremely helpful, is there any hope of having such a feature again in the future?

As a Supplier who receives a Booking/Availability email from Tourwriter, the Supplier has to click the "Confirm" button first inorder to either Confirm or Decline in the next step/page. The "Confirm" button in the Booking email needs to be renamed appropriately to avoid any confusion. Alternative options include: Confirm or decline Action booking request Respond to this request Vote and add your preferred label name in a comment.

For Organizations that have many (ie 1000's) resources wth either the same or similar traveller facing titles, it is very difficult for Users to search and add the correct Resource to an Itinerary. The User would benefit from having an Internal label. Example use. Day tour of Dublin (Day1) vs a day tour of Dublin that is for Day 2 or Day 3 of an itinerary.

I would like to be able to see my % margin/commission from the published rate rather than the mark up as that is how we work in the safari industry.
