I want my team to be able to do some Admin things but not others. Agent role is too limiting and at the same time Admin role is to powerful.
Can we have a role that is in the middle?
Planned to Introduce an Operator role that sits in the middle of Agent and Admin:
  • Agent: Create and edit their own itineraries, suppliers, contacts (or if added as collaborator)
  • Operator: Agent role plus Create + View + Edit + Archive all itineraries in an organisation
  • Admin: Operator plus View + Edit Organisation settings
