When CHANGING a service in BUILD, the NEW service is not synced to Preview.

Hi team,
When I import a TEMPLATE, and I want to change some services with in those newly imported services, I open the service in BUILD, ADD a new product (from the same supplier), DELETE the one I don't want, and then SAVE.
When I go to PREVIEW, the OLD description of the DELETED product is still there, so I have to manually refresh it.
Question:
- Am I doing this the wrong way?
- If I am doing the right way, can you please automate it so the new description overrides the deleted content please?
