We need to be able to indicate that we have sent travel documents for a booking.
Perhaps under STATUS - Confirmed fully Paid, there should be another status called Confirmed Docs Sent. This way we know that we sent the docs.

Hi. Thanks for the post. Would this be best managed using Tasks. You could have a Travel documents sent task included as a default task that needs to be completed X days before departure date.
