In this video, I discuss a situation regarding a travel agent booking where I mistakenly paid the travel agent a full commission without deducting $120 for transfers they agreed to cover. I realized this oversight after the clients had already traveled and after paying the full commission. I propose that we implement a feature, like a pop-up reminder (or whatever else you recomment), to alert us about such notes when processing commission payments. This would help prevent similar mistakes in the future. I would appreciate any thoughts on how we can make this happen.
