Allow users to book Products with expired/past dates and show such Booking prices with different color/warning for identification.

When I am building an itinerary suppliers for some products may not have provided me with forward rates. In this case it would be useful to add the item with the previous seasons rates. Prices dont change too much season to season and building an itinerary with last seasons rates can help me provide the traveller with a price range quickly.

The builder should label the rates as an "Expired rate" so we know to confirm the rate with the supplier at a later point.
