Tourwriter Support
We are loading our Villa portfolio into Tourwriter at present and a question has come up with the rates. We currently have some Stay Pay deals going on- we are unsure how to load these, if you have any suggestions that would be much appreciated. I looked at “Fees” but can’t seem to have a negative amount e.g. 3 night discount.
Stay 7 nights, pay 5 nights - 2 nights FREE
Stay 10 nights, pay 7 nights - 3 nights FRE

Integration of the Stay/Pay calculation rule
Would it be possible to integrate the Stay/Pay calculation rule into Tourwriter Online?
Today, we need to smooth out the rates per night, whereas this feature would allow the FIT rates to be automatically calculated according to the defined parameters (e.g. Stay 4/Pay 3, Stay 8/Pay 6), thus reducing manual adjustments and the risk of error.
This feature was available in Tourplan, which we used before migrating to Tourwriter.NET and then to Tourwriter Online.
