Reconfirmation reply to emails.

When we send out the re-confirmations, it seems that if the supplier presses the " green" button to say re-confirmed, the original person who created the booking gets the default reply email to say the suppliers have re-confirmed. (This can be annoying as most re-confirmations are done by a different team member.) Is there a box in the bookings drop-down menu we can untick or tick to redirect these emails so they are directed to the person who has sent the reconfirmations? I hope this makes sense.
