As an owner, I would like to be able to see tracking for the following:
1. Quotes - when quoting, I would like to be able to see the entire quote history, who added what and when? Who changed the number of pax? Was it imported from a Template etc? If something was deleted I would like to be able to see this too. If errors are made, I need to be able to determine the who, how and why? I just need to be able to track the entire quoting process so we can find our errors and improve.
  1. Rates - I would like to be able track the user imput, and when rates are changed. I understand there is some reporting on Zoho, but I don't think it gives the full picture. I need to be able to see old and new rates, when it was ammended, and who did it. When a new rate period is added etc. This is backbone of our costs centre so I need to see when errors occur, who did them, so we know how to fix them.
If something is deleted, from anywhere, in any tab, I would really like to be able to still see a history of that. For pricing and bookings, which already have history, is something is deleted, there is no further reference to it, but it has valuable data attached.
So if there is some way to upgrade the hisory logs across the entire itinerary, this would be very useful.
