We often need to give overall discounts to the itinerary total that aren't related to any specific service. For example:

Early bird discount: book 6 months early, get $500 off

Loyalty discount for returning customers

Voucher credits from postponed bookings

Overall package deals

Right now there's no clean way to do this. We either have to:

Override the final gross price (which loses visibility into what discount we gave)

Create a fake "discount" service (which messes up our service counts and reports)

Manually edit PDFs after exporting (which is ridiculous)

We need a dedicated section for itinerary-level adjustments that shows:

What the adjustment is (name/reason)

How much it affects the price

Keeps our service totals clean

For us, these overall discounts are our main sales tool to close deals. When someone is comparing us to competitors, being able to quickly show "Special offer: $300 off" makes a huge difference. But right now it's clunky and hard to track.
