Issue with group emails.

With the new feature about grouping of bookings, when user sends a group email, the supplier receives one email for all the bookings. However, when supplier responds to the booking email for group booking, the user receives multiple emails per service. For example- This becomes a problem when group booking of 7 services are responded by the supplier where the user receives 7 separate emails in their inboxes making them difficult to keep track of them.
