Integrate with a CRM tool

We use a CRM for managing communication with travellers/prospects and we want this to integrate with Tourwriter so we aren't manually moving information between Tourwriter and our CRM.
It would be great if an Itinerary in Tourwriter could be linked to an Opportunity or Deal in my CRM. All the Itinerary data is managed in Tourwiter but the sales process is managed in CRM and status updates in one platform would trigger a change in the other. ie Itinerary status changes to "confirmed awaiting deposit" and the deal is moved from "Proposal Sent" to "Pending Payment".
I would manage all Contact data in CRM and the integration would populate travellers data in Tourwriter so Itinerary documentation was up to date without any manual data management.
When an Agent is assigned to an itinerary then the Agent in CRM is also associated to the Deal.
etc
CRMs mentioned so far:
- ZohoCRM
- Hubspot
- ActiveCampaign
- Copper CRM
- Pipedrive

Just to add to this we use freshsales and would love to integrate there too, however if not Zapier would be a very useful backup

Integrate with Ride With GPS
As a cycle tour operator, we use this tool to provide digital maps with highlighted points of interest, many of which coincide with:
a) route descriptions and
b) places or venues
we have in our Tourwriter Resources.
Ride With GPS sent us this recent update:
"If you manage tours or events with Ride with GPS, we have something new for you. Your Developer Portal is now available with exciting updates, giving your organization direct access to the Ride with GPS API. This means you can connect Ride with GPS to your booking system, CRM, trip management software, or internal tools — and dramatically reduce manual work.
What You Can Do with the API
Sync and Manage Your POI Library Programmatically
Create and manage Points of Interest from your own system, then associate them with specified routes.
Instead of logging in and manually adding hotels, cafés, meeting points, or highlights to individual routes, you can:
• Create POIs in bulk
• Organize them into lists
• Associate them with routes automatically
• Keep everything in sync as trips change
For operators running multiple departures or custom itineraries, this can eliminate hours of repetitive work.
Integrate Routes into Your Booking and Trip Systems
Use the Routes endpoint to:
• Sync routes with your booking platform
• Automatically include route links in confirmation emails
• Connect trip details to your internal CRM
• Keep guest communications consistent and up to date
Ride with GPS can now become part of your operational workflow, not a separate step."
The email they provide for questions is organizations@ridewithgps.com

Kristen

If it integrated with a CRM (any of them) it wouldn't hurt to enable another integration with an automation tool such as Zapier.
