Hide Activity name , on Detailed Layout, at Proposal step.

I would like to hide the Activity Name when i am choosing "Detailed Layout" at Proposal Step = Postcard Template
I have also tried to hide visibility :
Supplier Names--> not working
Supplier Details--> not working
Item Details----> not working
Booking Details--> note working
Before upgrade 1.84.0, I was not visible on the others layout

The function to hide these details on the other layouts still exists.
The Detailed layout specifically includes (has space in the code for each field) these details which is why they display, even though the 'status' of the itinerary is Proposal.
We do want to enable 'hiding some detail fields' however the Details layout needs rebuilding to enable dynamic removal of fields. This work will also enable the ability to enable other postcard layouts in the Final template and in future add other template styles which is something else we really want to enable.
