We often have small family groups travelling together with different arrival and departure dates. Or groups that may have one person join for only part of the trip. There is no way of defining this when adding the traveller to the itinerary. For example, I have a family group travelling, two pax arrive 10 days before the others, and then one pax departs when the others arrive. For those first 10 days when I send booking requests and include traveller details, all the pax show up, and it's really confusing for suppliers. We don't want to create separate itineraries every time because not only is this sometimes more confusing for suppliers, but it also skews our sales numbers. There needs to be a way to define individual travel dates at the itinerary level so that the correct travellers for each day flow through to the booking requests. OR we need to be able to individually select the applicable traveller details at the booking request level.
