It would save loads of time to have a presaved private link message. Additionally, the buttons to Save and Send vs Save are confusing. The custom message we write doesn't actually save. It should be Send or Save and Close and actually save the message to send later.

We also have no way of tracking if the message has been sent or not. An easy fix - send a copy of the email to the sender. This way, we have a record of the message we sent to the traveler and can see exactly when we sent it.
