Days of the Week Display in Pricing View and Booking Requests

We need the days of the week (Mon, Tue, Wed, etc.) to be displayed alongside the dates in both the Pricing view and the Booking Request emails.
Including the weekday next to each date would make the information much clearer and easier to read, especially when reviewing itineraries, verifying service dates, and coordinating bookings. This would help reduce confusion and improve overall usability for both internal operations and supplier communications. THANKS!!
