Dashboard Dates default to year ahead not year behind

The default dashboard dates looking back 1 year is not helpful for our needs. We need to be able to set the dates looking forward and NOT have it default back every time we leave the dashboard and re-enter. Please change this date field to customise and save so individual dashboard views are tailored to specific agents' needs

Yes and it would be great if the "On the Road" field showed only confirmed itineraries that are actually travelling, and not every itinerary you've created including cancelled, not booked etc.
