Calculate sales tax to display in itinerary invoices

I need to show the value % or $ of Sales tax an itinerary has.

I need to calculate this as:

a percentage of the cost of the items I am selling
a percentage of the commission I am making

So how can we see the 16% tax added on to the itinerary? On the Payments page of the itin, it's still just the total price without tax. Ex: $431 versus $431 + 16% = $499.96.

I second this and would request this to be at the product level (in Canada, different provinces have different tax rates) so that the itinerary calculates the amount of tax included in the total, depending on what percentage of the total cost is subject to which tax rate. 
Simple example: 
Itinerary includes accommodation & tour in British Columbia, each subject to 5% GST, and also accommodation & tour in Ontario, each subject to 13% HST. Total gross price of the itinerary is $3000 after taxes (rates were loaded with tax included). Invoice/Itineary summary should state that total price includes an average of X% taxes, depending on percentage the hotel & tour in BC and hotel & tour in ON make up of the total amount.
