Booking request emails can be overly repetitive and difficult to comprehend.
A single booking with 2 adults and 2 children generated 10 entries in one email, repeating traveler and supplier names unnecessarily.
This format is confusing for suppliers, who have expressed their inability to work with it.
Ideas include
  • Avoid duplicating all supplier details; display common fields only once at the top of the email.
  • Organize content in a table format for better readability.
  • Allow for different suppliers sharing same email address with new Supplier name toggle
  • Improve headings/subheadings for clarity
  • Move Booking ref and Supplier note to per booking details
  • Condense content by linking date, time, and location in a clear format, e.g., ‘26 Mar 2026, 2.30pm Wellington New Zealand’.
