Often times we override the rack rate a supplier provides so we can sell the product for a higher commission.

If we need to forward pay the supplier the Gross value (and later receive a referral commission payments) the Gross and Margin values for the supplier payment are incorrect based on the rack rates.

We need some way to overrride the rack rate for Pricing but retain this for Payments.
