Being able to customize the crop on media

I've noticed that uploaded media gets cropped, but sometimes it ends up with the wrong focus, leaving out the entire point of the photo - such as a photo of a boat on the water but the crop ends up showing just the horizon with water and sky. It would help if we can override the crop and move it to a different part of the photo.

When images are uploaded, there is no option to reframe, so often an important focal point is cut off. It makes beautiful high-res images look unprofessional. Without a separate software like canva there is no option to modify the image.
