We copy and paste traveller info from emails and save that contact info (passport details, dietary, weights, heights etc) in Notes. It would be more efficient if we could instead email the Contact Form to the client and get them to complete all details and then if there were an upload function to automatically upload those details it would save a lot of time and duplication of information.

It would be a huge benefit to easily build a form (through Google Survey or any other secure platform) that would allow us to collect customer information (dietary restrictions, emergency contact, passport info, etc.) in a format that could quickly be adapted to the Tourwriter contact import form. Collecting the data is time-consuming, and by the time we've entered it into the import sheet, oftentimes, it would have taken the same time to enter it directly into Tourwriter. Any options for a time-saving suggestion here are welcome.
