Add Supplier warnings so it is easy for Users to add notes to suppliers or products that will pop up when adding these to itineraries.

Example warning include:

1>Blackout dates.

2>Rate increases.

3>Minimum nightly stay requirements over a specific period.

Customer comments:

'black out dates' function: We are struggling with how to load suppliers that for example, have a 2 night only stay at the weekend, or have any other 'warning' that isn't a black out. As you know the black out function as it is now removes all availability for said dates, however in our case we do have availability, we just don't get our FIT rates on these dates. I would be anxious to have a chat to see how other clients manage these types of supplier anomalies. Previously we would have set a warning which was extremely helpful, is there any hope of having such a feature again in the future?
