Ability to change number of pax on booking requests

When dealing with larger family groups or couples travelling together (or even sometimes with a couple), they sometimes want to do different things. However, when i send booking requests it includes the total number of travellers, which causes confusion. For example, i may have 4 travellers, but two want to go off on a wine tour one day. Even thought i select 2pax in the options, the Traveller No: still says 4 - so the supplier will email for clarification (even if i have explained in the notes sometimes).
It would be good to have that field editable.
Current workaround
The Number of Travellers can be deselected either at the Organization defaults or via the Override defaults when sending a booking request. If you often have different Number of Travellers to the quantity we recommend deselecting at your Org defaults and only including the Number of Travellers for some Booking emails as required.
Here is a quick video explaining this. https://www.loom.com/share/807fb55b88d74dca94317e75a6183550?sid=75b2ab28-7504-4862-baa6-e74b73ff5301

This is a major issue with small or larger groups indeed when people do different things. We just had Hobbiton charge us for 4 pax listed as travellers but we had only 2 people booked ("2 Items"). The email is confusing and that is at a cost to us!

Please note the Traveller No field referenced here is the value added on the Itinerary>Setup tab rather than the quantity assigned to the Option.
You can remove the Traveller no field from displaying in Booking emails by unselecting them via the Organisation settings or via the override dropdown when sending a Booking email.

Jason Bragg sorry i just saw this reply. This workaround isn't ideal - some products we'll book for '1' option, such as a vehicle transfer, but they still need to know how many are travelling, so removing the traveller no field is not helpful - we just need to be able to edit it
