🔥 Agency payments now sync to Xero
Agency payments can now create and update draft Bill Payments in Xero automatically, so you no longer need to record commission payments twice. Turn on syncing from the Configure Xero integration dialog, then map your agency payment reference fields in Organisation → Accounting.
Side note: Xero credit notes now sync in real time so Incoming payment credits update in Xero immediately, rather than on a delay. Link to the help page here
🔥 Default Postcard layout by product type
You can no override the system default Postcard layout for each product type in Organisation → Defaults → Product type defaults. Every new item of that type added to an itinerary uses your chosen layout automatically, so there's less formatting to do each time you build. Link to the help page here
🔥Duplicate templates
Templates can now be duplicated directly from the Templates tab, just like duplicating an itinerary. Use an existing template as your starting point instead of building from scratch each time. Link to the help page here
🔥 QuickBooks CSV export for supplier payments
The Export payments dialog now supports QuickBooks CSV, alongside the existing Xero format. Export your supplier payments in whichever format your accounting software expects.
💎 Feature enhancements
- Copy agency data when duplicating an itinerary. Agency details, and agency pricing, now carry across when you duplicate an itinerary.
- New sharing status column on the Itineraries tab. See public and private sharing icons at a glance, without opening each itinerary.
- Turn private sharing on or off for an itinerary. This makes the private share consistent with public sharing.
- "Booking details" toggle added to sharing and exports. Choose whether booking details are included when you share or export an itinerary.
- Optional and own arrangements items are now visually distinct in the builder. Items with Optional or Own arrangements status now have a dashed border and a question mark icon in the builder, so you can identify them without switching to the pricing tab.
- Clearer supplier names in the builder's Edit item dialog. This is also preparation for creating a new package feature in the not to distant future.
- "Refresh all items" button added to the Final template. This brings the Final template in line with the existing Postcard behaviour.
- Refreshed booking confirmation webpage. The design now matches the updated booking email template.
- Vamoos integration improvements. Attachments, notifications, and points of interest are now kept in place when you re-push an itinerary to Vamoos.
🐛 Bug fixes
- Fixed the booking confirmation page showing an extra "0" when an itinerary has no travellers.
- Fixed descriptions, notes to traveller, and inclusions not being pushed to Axus for some product types.
- Updated Xero API permissions to keep your integration running smoothly ahead of upcoming changes from Xero.
