🔥 Restriction and cancellation policy alerts in more places
Product restrictions and cancellation policies now surface at more points in your workflow, so you're less likely to be caught out. You'll now see restriction and cancellation policy alerts when:
  • Adding add-ons to an item
  • Editing item dates, including when dragging an item or an entire day to a new date
  • Adding a template to an itinerary
  • Changing itinerary dates
  • Duplicating an itinerary
When restrictions apply, a summary dialog appears so you can review each one before deciding whether to continue.
🔥 Product type defaults
Admins can now set default settings per product type in Organisation → Defaults. The first option available is Hide from itinerary and inclusions. Set it once for a product type — fees, for example — and any new item of that type added to an itinerary will be hidden automatically.
No more manually toggling it every time.
🔥 Refreshed booking emails
Booking request and booking update emails have been redesigned. The layout is more compact and consistent, supplier details are better organised, and the information that matters is easier to find at a glance.
💎 Feature enhancements
  • Optional and own arrangements items are now visually distinct in the builder. Items with Optional or Own arrangements status now have a dashed border and a question mark icon in the builder, so you can identify them without switching to the pricing tab.
  • Optional status is preserved when duplicating an itinerary. If your source itinerary has items marked as Optional, those statuses will carry across to the duplicate. Useful when using a sample itinerary as a starting point for quotes.
  • Xero credit note account code mapping. You can now map an account code for credit note payments in Organisation → Accounting. Previously, credit notes were pushed to Xero without account code mapping, requiring a manual update.
  • Pricing page now shows 0.00 instead of blank for items with no rates. Items added to an itinerary without applicable rates will display as 0.00 in the pricing table, itemised pricing, and itinerary summary export. The zeroes are muted to distinguish them visually from items with actual prices.
  • Updated Zoho Analytics data. Several improvements to reporting accuracy: agent margin is now calculated correctly when no agency is present, supplier name and product name are now populated for add-on items in the supplier payments table, and the analytics_agencypayments table now includes a Created_by_user column.
🐛 Bug fixes
  • Fixed agent margin and agent markup resetting to 0 for fee items after refreshing pricing.
  • Fixed Xero invoice references reverting to include a space after a payment was updated.
  • Fixed some French translations related to the Optional and Own arrangements statuses and related labels.
  • Removed the "Unable to access on mobile" message. The message was inaccurate and caused confusion.
  • Fixed the dashboard to display better on smaller screens.
