🔥 Itinerary and agency management

Agency commission setup is now copied to each itinerary when you add an agency. This lets you customise commission settings per itinerary without affecting the agency's master settings. If you change the agency's commission later, your itinerary settings remain unchanged.

💎 Feature enhancements

Supplier payments have date context: The supplier payments tab now shows item dates alongside payments, making it easier to reconcile services without switching between tabs.
Item locking simplified: The interface has been streamlined to remove per-column locking options. Price locking now works at the item level only - lock all prices on an item or unlock all prices.
Itinerary ID included in Itinerary summary export: Itinerary summary exports now include an optional "Itinerary ID" field in the header, helping you cross-reference exports back to Tourwriter.
Tab works in the Edit pricing dialog: Tab navigation in the pricing editor now works as expected - pressing Tab moves to the next field.

🐛 Bug fixes

Fixed supplier import validation to properly check website URLs
Fixed an issue preventing new items from being added when using the supplier quick-create and changing dates
Fixed pricing calculation behaviour during item operations
